30: AN EARLY 20TH C BLACK FOREST CARVED DOG CANE STAND

A good black Forest carving, late 19th to early 20th century, a longhaired dog sitting up, a basket in her mouth, glass eyes, a rustic carved wood hoop for securing canes and umbrellas, the original tin drip pan, a secret slide-out compartment back side, great color and patina.
Measures 38 x 17 x 14.5 inches.
Very good condition, scuffs on the feet will cover easily with stain, the wood hoop has likely been repaired in the past but is all original, slightly loose, no damage or repair.
