An unsigned watercolor, depiction of subject matter most associated with American artist Alfred Montgomery, and in the artist's style. Many works by Alfred Montgomery were not signed but rather, the artist's initials A.M. were depicted within the composition - as is the case here where the initials A.M. are painted on a gunny sack filled with corn cobs. This work comes from the estate of collector Bobbi True who owned many works by Alfred Montgomery.
Sight size 8 x 18, the frame measures 12.5 x 22.5 inches.
Very good clean condition, free from damage or repair.
