6376: A COLLECTION OF 350 VINTAGE SWAP PLAYING CARDS

The hobby of collecting single vintage 'Swap Playing Cards' instead of full decks of cards began on eBay approximately ten years ago. Collectors found that buying, selling and trading single vintage collectible playing cards was less expensive than collecting whole decks of rare and desirable playing cards, and they find that displaying these in nine-pocket card sleeves within three-ring binders makes enjoying the graphics and designs of antique and vintage playing cards much easier than handling boxed sets. This collection represents many years spent searching for and accumulating interesting examples. Included here are many different themes, motifs, styles and periods. The total number of cards in this collection exceeds 350 and the investment is considerable.
