The original gilded frame with center divider housing an oil on canvas composition of airborne angle and robed figure in distress over infant in red swaddle over mirror plate with defects commensurate for the period, framed by etched Venetian glass mirrored trim.
Overall size is 53.5 x 33.5 inches.
Very good original condition, scattered defects and wear commensurate with age, use and exposure. There are no major issues of damage, wear or repair.
