85: A DIAMOND DYE 'BALLOON' ADVERTISING STORE CABINET

One of the two hinged doors is inset with an unusual card stock placard with message to the dealer printed on one side and an infomercial for dye on the public side; the other door is set with an embossed tin litho sign depicting Victorian children with ribbons tethering a balloon, dated 1908 and signed 'Copyright United States and Canada, Wells & Richardson Company.
Measures 24.5 x 15.25 x 8.75 inches.
Good condition including the unusual and fragile cardstock advertising, all original, good interior, the effects of age and use obvious on the tin insert, a minor base split due to age and shrinkage.
