399: A FRENCH VICTORIAN WATERCOLOR OF A YOUNG BEAUTY

A young beauty with flowers in her hair and turned pose with powder blue sash, blonde hair, blue eyes, jewelry and red blouse, displayed in a Renaissance Revival walnut frame with ebonized spandrels with gold detail.
Sight size is 9.5 x 7.5 with a frame of 14.25 x 12.25 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very nice, clean and fine as seen through the frame opening. This work has not been examined outside the nice original frame.
