With GE badge on the guard, iron step base, yoke assembly, oscillator, lever type, S-type guard, signed with a metal plate on the base, type 427220, No. 398429, patent dated 1901.
Measures 16 inches blade to blade.
Parts missing, otherwise all original including paint and brass patina. Runs at low speed.
