Heavy cast brass, with relief lettering of 'Ft Wayne Electric Corp'n 'Wood System.'', The Wood System trademark began appearing on Fort Wayne Electric Light Co. (later known as Fort Wayne Electric Corp. and then Fort Wayne Electric Works) products in 1894, named for the company's chief electrician and inventor James J. Wood.
Approx 2.5 inches long by 1.25 inches wide by 2 inches tall.
