Double sided 'Bashful Trick Lock Cigar Cutter, compliments of Charles Dixon Commission Co., K.C. Stock Yards,' signed Tafo Mfg Co, patent 4-20-15. The trick is it can only be unlocked when upside down.
Measures approximately 1.75 x 1.25 inches.
Mild toning and wear, overall good condition and fully functional.
