The white earthenware clay or faience, brushed on features in blue, black and brown, white enamels, designed in 1953 and executed in a numbered edition of 100, this example lettered Edition Picasso in black on the underside of the base along with the edition number 34/100, stamped marks of EDITION PICASSO and MADOURA PLEIN FEU.
Measures 9.5 x 5.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a flake from the body on the unglazed rim of the base; there are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
