The Sarreguemines creamware ink stand complete with ink well insert and cover, sander insert and cover, the rectangular two-tier stand with openings for pens and tray for accessories, decorated with transfers of children at a tea party and various child's life motifs in the manner of British illustrator Kate Greenaway, signed Sarreguemines on the base.
Measures 2.25 x 6.25 x 4.25 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs; there are stains, including the heavily stained original ink well.
