333: AN 18TH CENTURY CONTINENTAL FRUITWOOD STAND

Fruitwood rectangular top with projecting molded edge over conforming case fitted with a short drawer carved with elliptical motif centering an oval medallion with drop oval iron pull encircled by carved reel, the whole rising on four square tapering legs with conforming carved motif terminating in blunt feet. Fine warm patina.
Measures 26.25 x 15.25 x 12 inches.
Very good condition, noting the effects of age and use in the way of minor splits, typical nicks and scratches, minor chips and re-working of the drawer slides.
