The 18k gold mounting with matched pair of prong set trilliant diamonds, each measuring about 4.5mm in height, (depth cannot be measured in setting), total weight estimated about .65 carat, F color, one trilliant is VS1 clarity, the other SI-2 clarity, both exhibit exceptionally thick and polished girdles, a rectangular step-cut synthetic ruby, approximately 7.97mm by 6.09mm by 4.25mm, weight estimated at 2.10 carats, intense cherry-red color, moderately included.
Carat weight of the stones is estimated only, the presence of the thick girdles may make actual weight very different from estimate.
