78: A 19TH CENTURY CONTINENTAL CARVED IVORY FIGURE

The elaborate figure carved from multiple pieces of ivory, the female figure's hair in great detail, her dress embellished with carved depictions of lace, fabric, folds and flowers, her arms extended and embellished with large bows and detailed flaring sleeves and cuffs, a rose in one hand, unsigned, from the 19th century.
