The bronze dore' grouping depicting a putto allegory of John The Baptist with lamb beside the clock movement in bronze dore' case with shell pediment, porcelain enamel dial with Roman numerals lettered CHABERT BEZIERS, brass plate time and strike movement signed DASSON & GODEAU, the whole upon a marble plinth with applied bronze dore' castings of acanthi and beading, raised on short toupie feet.
