Portrait of a figure with hat back and eyes cast downward, Signed lower right, Michael Lenson was a Russian-American easel painter and muralist of considerable note, he served as director of WPA mural projects for the state of New Jersey, he exhibited his works from the 1920s through the 1940s and is represented in various museum collections.
Sight size measures 21 x 8.25 with a frame of 26.25 x 13.5 inches.
Very good original untouched condition. There are no issues of scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up.
