Signed by the artist in pencil lower right, titled center below the image, N. Y. C. WPA Art Project Graphic Arts Division ink stamp lower left corner, edition of only 25 prints. This unusual work is notable not only in that works by women are uncommon in this period, but also for its association with the Works Progress Association formed in 1935 to assist artists during the great Depression. This work is held in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Sheet measures 16 x 23 inches.
Very good condition, the complete sheet, not laid down, no stain, damage or repair, noting some toning overall, especially extreme right edge, and pin holes at each corner.
