The exuberant custom design with eight round brilliant diamonds surrounding a .04 carat emerald and six .09 carat sapphires atop a sweeping gold cluster and trailing ribbons of white gold set with 46 diamonds approximately 0.01 to 0.06 carats each for an estimated total carat weight of 5.0 carats, no markings found, tests clearly at 18 karat gold, the actual content could be higher.
Measures 3 x 1.25 inches. weighs 32.5 grams.
