50: A LARGE 1893 SPECIAL ORDER GORHAM STERLING JARDINIERE

A rare and unusual footed punch bowl or jardiniere with gilt interior, rococo handles, the tall, oval, slightly bulbous form chased with floral sprays within reserves among rococo swirls, raised on four openwork feet, stamped markings on the base, circa late 19th century.
Measures 9 x 14.5 x 7.5 inches. Weighs 82.20 ozt.
Very good condition throughout, there are no monograms or engraving, no damage repair or heavy wear.
