175: A CIRCA 1935 BETTY BOOP AND PUDGY ANIMATED WALL CLOCK

The molded composition figure of Fleischer Studios' iconic starlet Betty Boop serves as the face plate of a wall hanging clock with flirting eyes that flash side to side with the beat of the clock movement, her dog Pudgy's googly-eye face is the clock's pendulum bob, the time-only brass plate clock movement is signed Tezuka Clock Co Ltd., signed again on the painted tin dial with Roman numeral chapter ring.
Measures 13 x 6 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, the clock movement runs and the eyes flirt back and forth, the accuracy of time keeping is unknown.
