22: A GAR REUNION POTTERY CANTEEN, GEORGE BALDWIN, 2ND MASS

The circa 1890 pottery canteen, gold and brown lettering of 'Geo C. Baldwin Sergeant Co. L Cal. Bat. 2nd Mass Cav', plus embossed GAR ribbon and medal, pottery loops for the original leather strap, original wood stopper. Measures 9.5 x 8 inches.
Very good condition, noting overall stained crazing, minor roughness at the spout, light wear, no other issues of chip, crack or repair.
