The two day chronometer from the second quarter of the 19th century, housed in a three stage brass bound mahogany case, with inlaid brass escutcheons, corners, edges, handle etc, the brass chain drive key-wind movement with fusee chain drive, silvered dial with Roman numeral chapter ring, up/down indicator, lower seconds bit dial, lettered Rich Hornby Liverpool No. 438.
Measures 7 x 6.5 x 6.5 inches.
