168: AFTER BIRGER SANDZEN PENCIL SIGNED OFFSET LITHO, MORE

Three prints:
1.) AFTER Clayton Henri Staples (1892-1978). Printed title 'Upper St. Mary Valley, Glacier National Park' lower left, printed artist attribution lower right.
2.) Birger Sandzen (1871-1954). Offset lithograph titled 'In Old Central City' lower left in pencil, signed by the artist in pencil lower right, titled, signed and dated within the image lower right.
3.) Birger Sandzen (1871-1954). Printed title 'A Merry Christmas' lower center, stamped in ink 'Alfrida, Margaret and Birger Sandzen, Dec. 1928,' initialed within the image lower left.
Sheets measure 9.5 x 7 to 10.5 x 7.75 inches. Frames measure 11.75 to 15.25 x 12.25 inches.
All three in very good condition noting some light toning, the complete sheets, not laid down, no stain, damage or repair.
Provenance: Acquired directly from the artist by his student and colleague Wilhelmina Marm, (see Susan Craig, 'Biographical Dictionary of Kansas Artists (active before 1945)'), and descended through her Kansas City family.
