140: B & O RAILROAD STATION CLOCK WITH SETH THOMAS MOVEMENT

The gallery type case with rosewood veneers and door and an original-to-the-period 14.5-inch painted metal dial with black Roman numeral chapter ring, smaller seconds bit dial and lettered SETH THOMAS. The brass spring drive movement is signed Seth Thomas as well.
Measures 24 x 28.5 x 7 inches.
Very good intact running condition at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee the running or timekeeping condition of timepieces once removed from the auction premises.
