The six-color lithograph from Album de la Decoration, Plate 35, printed by F Champenois, lettered 'Project de Tenture par Mucha (Atelier C.G. Forrer)', a sample of designs for furnishing materials manufactured by C.G. Forrer, circa 1900, Paris.
Retains the label from exhibition in the US museum tour of Alphonse Mucha: The Spirit of Art Nouveau, organized by Art Services International, 1998 - 2000.
Image size 8 x 11.5, frame measures 16.75 x 19.5 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This plate has not been examined outside the frame.
Provenance: The Estate of Robert Allan Haas. Included in the US museum tour of Alphonse Mucha: The Spirit of Art Nouveau, organized by Art Services International, 1998 - 2000.
