Signed lower right, partially obscured by the frame, signed verso and inscribed 'Baldwin's Lake Pleasant Hill Mo.'
Board size 10 x 12, frame measures 13.25 x 15.5 inches.
Very good original untouched clean condition. There are no issues of scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up.
