The complex design in multiple lithographed colors for 'Menus & Programmes Illustres' by Leon Maillard, signed Mucha in the plate, printed on heavy vellum paper by F. Champenois, Paris, limited printing of 1050 copies, the framing open on both sides to reveal the entire book cover, exhibited Hallmark 2005.
Sight size 12.5 x 8.75, the frame measures 19 x 14.75 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame, tiny chips and minor roughness along the left side.
