The solid brass base cast as if constructed from stone masonry houses the inkwell reservoir, the hinged cover topped by a cut and polished crystal obelisk with beveled edges and polished surfaces.
Measures 9 inches.
Good condition, noting a chip to the top point and some miner small nicks to some edges.
