Order of the Romanian Crown badge: an eight-pointed cross with a royal crown in the center, inscription 'PRIN NOI INSINE' (By Ourselves) above the date 14 Martie 1881, interlaced initials for King Carol between the arms of the cross, the reverse with inscription 10 Maiu and the dates 1866, 1877 and 1881, suspended from a red and white ribbon.
Measures 2.5 inches, 3.75 inches with the ribbon.
Chipped enamel behind the crown on the front, good condition.
