223: A NICE MID 20TH CENTURY ITALIAN GILT WOOD MIRROR

The rectangular form surmounted by a scrolling acanthus pediment crest flanking a fleur-de-lis above a palmette, the molded and bead-and-reel frame having flared corners suspending bellflowers, enclosing a conforming mirror, foliate pendent base corners centering a stylized scrolling fleurette pendent.
Measures 42 x 16 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, nice original gilding.
