The lithographed tin sign is centered by an oval vignette picturing an open vault with important ledgers and cloth money bags guarded by a large mastiff dog, gold lettering trimmed in black reads SAFEGUARD INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW YORK.
Sign measures 19.25 x 13.25, the frame is 16.25 x 22 inches.
Very good condition, noting four small clusters of wear or surface scuff, otherwise very good condition with original color and otherwise crisp, clean surface condition, grade 7.5 or better.
