139: A STYLIZED RUNNING RABBIT TARGET ATTR WILLIAM WURFFLEIN

The stylized rabbit form centered by bullseye and constructed in style and weight typical of William Wurfflein, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Numbers in the casting back side appear as 51, Wurfflein price lists, including the 1914 Price List picture a similar model as Part No. 51.

Pictured on page 48 of Sellers' book (Figure 3.16).
Displayed on custom iron stand. This is the only example the Tuckers have seen or heard of in their 30 years of collecting.
Measures 9.5 x 16 inches, excluding stand.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, nice patina.
