202: A GEORGIAN TABLE TOP BOOK SHELF

Probably an amalgamation of an 18th c. toilet mirror base and a later wall shelf, the result having two tiers of rectangular shelves surmounted by a scalloped crest and flanked by pierced supports on a cavetto drawer base with three short banded drawers, and raised on bracket feet centering shaped apron. Fitted with brass escutcheon and brass knobs. Key is present.
Measures 23.75 x 14.5 x 8.5 inches.
As shown, scattered small repairs, insect effects, bits of damage with the effects of age and use present.
