Pictured on page 126 of Sellers' book (Figure 8.34). This is the only example the Tuckers have seen or heard of in their 30 years of collecting.
Measures 4.75 x 2.25 and 5.25 x 2.5 inches, excluding stand.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
