The mahogany case topped by a triangular form pediment with applied carvings in the tympanum, half columns on each side of the glazed door, turned drop finials and deep acanthus carved lower pediment. Two piece double sunk porcelain enamel dial, brass eight-day weight-driven grande sonnerie movement powered by three brass cased weights, brass pendulum. Measures 53 x 18.25 x 7.5 inches.
Very good running condition with full grande sonnerie operation. Completely restored throughout. Chips to one drop finial, missing two brass bezels from the dial winding holes. Excellent clean dial without damage or repair. We cannot guarantee the running condition of timepieces post sale following movement and shipping.
