161: A BROOKFIELD MISSOURI OPTICIAN'S IRON TRADE SIGN

The gilded iron frame with painted lenses lettered 'S.M. Strain' and 'Optician' on each side. Dr. S.M. Strain worked as an optometrist in Brookfield. Missouri circa 1910.
Measures 5.5 x 23.5 x 0.75 inches.
Very good condition throughout, various iterations of paint, no damage or repair.
