157: AN 18TH C BOW BACK WINDSOR CHAIR, DRY ORIGINAL PAINT +1

Two 18th century Windsor chairs:.

1.) A good example of original late 18th century paint, the dry blue grey paint on a bow back Windsor chair with various condition issues including a split to the bent wood back and reinforcements and an old wood cleat to the split seat. Features include faux bamboo spindles and stretchers, turned legs and interesting patina.

2.) A bow back chair with brace in old reddish brown paint over similar paint.
Measures 37.5 x 15.5 x 19 and 38.5 x 16.25 x 19 inches.
1.) Good to fair condition, noting breaks and repairs as stated and shown.

2.) Very good condition, free from damage, repair or heavy wear.
