83: A FINE 19TH C. FULL-BODIED COPPER ROOSTER WEATHER VANE

The classic figure of a rooster with exuberant arching tail feathers and erect stature, prominent spurs and great powder green patina, displayed on a custom black iron stand.
Measures 18 x 17 x 5 inches.
Good condition, noting the restoration of holes and perhaps reinforcements using solder, interesting forms of patina.
