102: A 19THC SANDED BLUE GROUND WOOD SIGN WITH GILT LETTERS

The two-sided sign with original sanded blue paint and true original gilt lettering with decorative flourish, framed by borders of black and gold, outer flat wood frame in red. The paint and all surfaces are original and untouched.
Measures 22 x 63 x 3 inches.
Outstanding moderately worn original dry surface overall, dry blue paint, gilt letters with slightly oxidized surface, red painted frame with scattered holes, minor splits, rubs and dings; a nice example in untouched original condition.
