207: A CAST IRON FOX KNOCKDOWN SHOOTING GALLERY TARGET

The detailed form of a fox on T-form stand attributed to either Emil Hoffmann or F.C. Mueller, or both. A nicely detailed figure as targets go, and illustrated in an undated Hoffmann catalog circa 1912 as well as an undated Mueller catalog as part number 26.

Pictured on pages 69 and 70 of Sellers' book (Figure 5.13).
Displayed on custom iron stand.
Measures 4.5 x 6.25 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair; there are traces of park paint on the shot-peened surface.
