The chromolithography image on cardstock of a small gentleman in top hat holding aloft a mug of beer with foamy head while perched atop a keg branded P. SCHOENHOFEN BRG Co CHICAGO ILL with revenue stamp and brass spigot. Printer's mark of COPYRIGHTED 1898 WOLF & CO, PHILA lower left. The stand the keg is set on advertises the brewery as well.
The placard measures 19.75 x 11.75 with a frame of 23.5 x 15.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting surface scratches, creases and rubs with extreme edge chipping as shown.
