91: S.S. NIEUW AMSTERDAM HOLLAND AMERICA PRINT C. 1940

Image of the S.S. Nieuw Amsterdam after the work by marine painter Frederick Hoertz (1889 - 1978). At the time of launch, the S.S. Nieuw Amsterdam was the largest ship of its type ever built in the Netherlands.
Image measures 15 x 23.75 with a frame of 24.5 x 30.75 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame.
