The depiction of Fritillary, Monarch, Swallow Tail and other butterflies on milkweed in watercolor on artist's board signed, dated and titled lower left.

William 'Butterfly Man' Howe attended the Kansas City Art Institute and was an internationally recognized expert on butterflies. He wrote and illustrated several books including 'The Butterflies of North America,' 1975.
Frame measures 27.5 x 33.5 inches.
Very good original untouched condition. There are no issues of major scratches, losses, repairs, in-painting or touch-up.
