Two folk art oil on panel paintings signed lower right.

According to a posting online, James Marshall Parks was born and raised near Van Buren, Arkansas. After living, working, and raising a family in Topeka, Kansas, he retired to Boone County and focused on painting, a hobby he had taken up in his early 60s. He started selling paintings to tourists, hanging his artwork outside his one-room cabin on Highway 65.
Masonite panels measure 41 x 24 inches each.
Very good condition.
