390: STEUBEN CRYSTAL ART GLASS BOWL AND VASE

The large, low console bowl paired with a waisted vase adorned with glass applications, each circa 1950.

Plus an affected and engraved Steuben vase engraved 'Chance cannot change my love nor time impair,' each bears an engraved signature on the underside of the base.
Bowl measures 2.5 x 11.5 inches.
Good condition noting scratches on the bowl. There are no other chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
