The finely woven example with cherry red flower heads in a nicely balanced field of flower heads and a grid of contrasting white diamonds, meander border framed in white, kelim skirts with float weft and soumak weave, circa 1900.
Measures 30 x 27 inches.
Very good condition. Clean and odor free with intact edges, corner losses, one small nickel-size hole, good pile, no damage, repair or stain, oxidized browns.
