343: A FINE LUSTROUS EARLY 20TH CENTURY PERSIAN LILIHAN RUG

The red field with a central floral star medallion framed by two tone blue curled serrated leaves, supported by mirrored palmettes framed by floral garlands with mirrored plants and flower head roundels in jewel tones, all within a blue border enclosing continuous flower heads linked by serrated leaves, fine weave, finely saturated dyes, nice handle.
Measures 79.5 x 69 inches.
Very good condition. Clean and odor free with intact edges and ends that are missing a few rows in some areas, nice overall pile, no damage, repair or stain.
