The patinated spelter children frolicking around a slate-faced clock on craggy base with flower basket on slate platform atop the cartouche form base with engraved slate panel raised on down swept legs, the dial with gilded intaglio carved Roman numerals fronts and unmarked brass plate time and strike movement. matching five cup candelabra pair with slate platform and etched slate plaques.
Clock measures 22 x 15 x 6, garniture are 22.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a somewhat difficult to find break in the spelter openwork right side as one is facing, plus a small hole in one side piece form a casting flaw, there are no other chips, cracks, repairs, or restoration, the original patinated finish overall, running condition at the time of inspection.
