685: A FRENCH CLOCK GARNITURE WITH STATUE AFTER MOREAU

The patinated spelter sculpture of the original bronze by Francois More titled Less Vendage (Harvest), being a composition of a young man and woman on naturalistic base holding aloft a basket with time-only clock movement, the figures in three shades of patination on a verde green platform with spelter ormolu acanthus raised on four toupie feet; plus two matching urns with cherubs topped with baskets of harvested grapes, embossed mark of FRANCE and incised signature of Francois Moreau, circa 1900.
Clock measures 22 x 12.5 x 6.5, garniture are 15 inches each.
Very good condition throughout, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
