627: A 19TH CENTURY ONE WEIGHT VIENNA REGULATOR

The deeply carved pediment over door with full columns topped by scrolling Corinthian columns with flutes and bulbous turnings, waisted lower bracket with drop finials and elaborate acanthus carving, the back of the case veneered in highly figured burr veneers, porcelain enamel beat plate. The porcelain enamel dial with Roman numerals is enclosed in an ormolus bezel.
Measures 48 x 14 x 7 inches.
